He has tried to get in many times. We use the same Internet connection so that can not be the solution. We have tried to redownload the .zip file but it did not help... I only know that We have other prgrams for opening files. But I do not know how to fix that and do not know if that is the solution. Can anyone help? I really want to play with my brother on his PC (and my sister's PC has Password I know for sure that the PC of my sister works fine with the online play too..). We have windows 10 and the PC is ASUS and the internet is wireless. Link to post Share on other sites

And when they are trying to go online play, make sure they don't open anything internet demanding tasks, like streaming, online gaming or downloading. Link to post Share on other sites

Try deleting some, if you have them (not all so you can have back up, ofc). Also, I think it works better on medium or small window setting, but that's probably just my intuition Hopefully you get it to work. Link to post Share on other sites

slowking 3 Posted March 12, 2018 Author Share Posted March 12, 2018 @Candy Hello again, I had a thought maybe the (security/malware) programs on my friend's (actually my twin bro lol) pc is the problem why it doesn't connect with pokemon online play. Do maybe recognise something like this before? I've read it on a site about programs who don't connect with internet. But I dont know if it will work to disable or delete them.
