Party Pokemon Error

I am trying to give my character Alolan Vulpix, and I set up the command to give it to the character. The command works, and Alolan Vulpix is received, although when I try to open my party, I get the following error. Is there specific commands to make the party accessible? Or is it maybe because I haven't added a party sprite for Alolan Vulpix? I have the overworld sprites and battle sprites, and I am assuming the party sprite is a different sprite. Will that crash the game?

This is what causes the error. Once you add an icon for vulpix, it will work just fine

I added the actual icon into my folder and imported it into the game, but how do I actually make it the icon for a-vulpix? Right now it is just a sprite sitting in the icon folder, and a-vulpix is just data written up in PBS. How do I connect the two?

try to rename the icon as icon037_1

I renamed it, but I still get the same error as originally.

what's the pokedex number for alolan vulpix in your game? Have you created a new species for it? Or it is a different form of the regular vulpix?

 

If in your PBS files -> battlers, alolan vulpix is registered as a different species, you should make the icon's number have the pokedex's number.

Sorry for the late reply, changing the icon number to the pokedex entry worked, thanks so much for the help!
