[Known]Female Nidoking

Hi, the other day I was replaying reborn and when I was fighting Cain, he used his Nidoking but it was female, I thought that was intended to be that way (?) but during our next battle it was male. I didnt take a screenshot, but I assume it was not supposed to happen that way

Occasionally, Pokemon Essentials' coding (?) has mishaps like this one or spawning a female Tauros.

It's a very rare bug caused by how Essentials work. Apparently it's next to impossible to fix, but it has no impact on the game itself. You can also get a female Nidoking but softresetting multiple times at the Onyx Arcade. That's how I encountered one; Cain having one is a nice coincidence but isn't intended and has a very low chance of happening.

 

I'm not sure if it's possible to breed a female Nidoking or Tauros... I would say yes but haven't tested it myself.

Funny enough, it's probably fitting that Cain of all people would have a Female Nidoking

Sadly, I don't have one to test.  If you dig up the old post someone made a few months ago that was like this one, they might still have it.   

 

I'm genuinely curious now, though I guess it can't have egg moves.
