[Known]Electrify + Lightning Rod Error

So I was testing out a doubles team involving Helioptile + Seaking against the Saturday hall trainers, and realizes that Electrify is not working correctly, Lightning Rod does not work properly as it should as well.

 

Electrify was supposed to only work on a selected opponent, and not every Pokemon on the field, so when I used it, my Seaking's Surf became a pure Electric Move, which dealt resisted damage onto my Helioptile instead of triggering Dry Skin. 

 

The opponent's moves were also changed to Electric type moves as well, however the redirecting effect of Lightning Rod is not triggered. Moves that were aimed at my Helioptile dealt resisted damage onto it (which were supposed to be negated due to Seaking's Lightning Rod). The redirecting effect of Lightning Rod triggers when the moves are not under effect of Electrify, so I suppose its part of the Electrify error?

 

EDIT: Electrify should also be absorbed by an ally with Lightning Rod and ceases to function due to it being a single target move.
