PhoenixNFL 0 Posted May 17, 2017 Share Posted May 17, 2017 Firstly - I want to thank Ame and the developers for this incredible game. It has so far kept me occupied and entertained for 50hrs. More than most AAA+ titles do these days. Secondly - I've encountered a problem. I recently moved my save file from an old Intel Core i3 desktop with no GPU and 4GB RAM on which I have been playing more than happily on for the 50+hrs mentioned above, to a newer i7-4770 with a GTX770 and 16GB RAM. Now, the game has become nearly unplayable, which makes no sense to me!!! The stuttering and speed at which the game runs (mostly noticeable when in battle scenes) is beyond an annoyance. If I 1HKO a rival Pokemon, the time in which it takes for the HP bar to reach the bottom is about 5 seconds and take little tiny chucks off at a time. Even the menu now takes time to scroll between each option?! I think I'm relatively close to finishing episode 16, but I can't bring myself to play it anymore... All I want to know is, has anyone else seen or encountered this problem? I've deleted and reinstalled the game completely Any help will be massively appreciated! Plok 293 Posted May 17, 2017 Share Posted May 17, 2017 I'm not sure what causes the lag on your new pc. Did you try disabling animations in options to prevent lag in battles? also try pressing f1 and check Reduce Screen Flickering Link to post Share on other sites

Graphics Drivers up-to-date Run in Admin mode Compatibility mode (XP SP3, W7 & W8.1) Disabled Game DVR and all associated settings (new in W10 Creators Update) On that note, I wasn't running the W10 Creators Update on my last PC. So the main stutter/slow point is when the bars are decreasing in HP. I've discovered if I rapidly click my mouse button within the game window there is no stutter and it runs smoothly.................................. wut?
