Wine problem on Mac

lSo in short, I made things worse trying to solve an online play problem.

Recently I started having problems where I'd try to go online, and then it'd say "Script is taking too long... game will restart", and I'd have to quit the game.

Today, I tried to solve the problem by redownloading Wine, to see if using the newer developer's version could be stronger to pull off the script error.

I put the 1.6.1 stable Wine in my download folder, and tried to start the game on 1.8.x version.

Instead, the Game.exe seems disconnected to my save file, since the only options that popped where to start a new game.

This happens whether I boot it up with Wine 1.8 or 1.6.1 (original, stable version) :(

Help a sista out

When changing from 1.6 to 1.8, the location your save file should be in changes.  Try moving it from in the Reborn folder to here: /Wine Files/drive_c/users/Name/Saved Games/Pokemon Reborn

If for some reason the folder doesn't exist in that location, try making a new game and saving.  That should create the folder if it doesn't already exist, so then you can move your save file there.  Just don't forget to make sure it's the only file named game.rxdata.

Thanks I'll try that 😊
