Zoroark Illusion, Ignored?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask about this.

So with Illusion not broken. Zoroark should be perceived as another Pokemon. However, most times the AI would ignore Zoroark's Illusion and use moves that was meant to counter Zoroark instead of what it seems to be.

For example, when facing one of the Sunday grand hall trainers, her Meowstic completely ignores my Swampert disguise and simply goes for a Thunder Wave, repeated the battle five times and the Meowstic still goes for the Thunder Wave at the beginning. I decided to see what else it would do, so I simply spammed Trick and waits for a Psyshock attempt, but after setting up Reflect and Light Screen, Meowstic simply switches out. When my actual Swampert goes against it, it uses every other moves that is not Thunder Wave, even going for a direct Psyhock at the beginning.

I also recall one or two fighting types using fighting type moves on my Zoroark, although it should be appearing as a Trevenant.

So im assuming that the Illusion ability is kinda broken? Yeah AI abuse is unfair, but that's pretty much what Zoroark's supposed to do?

I don't think that Zoroark can fool the AI but in PvP, it can fool a lot of people.

Also, yes the same thing happened to my friend (he challenged Samson with his team and Zoroark was disguised as his Gardivor) but still Samon's Haryiama went for brick break.

I really don't think that you can fool the AI.

We're working on improving the AI for the next release, so thanks for the report!

Just also reporting a potential issue with Illusion in online as well.  While my opponent said they did not see it, when I sent out Zoruak it displayed "Go, Greninja" on my screen while Volkarona was my last mon at the time.  It still showed Volkarona as the sprite for both parties though.

The issue probably stemmed from Greninja being the last in my party at the start of the battle, but it got changed to Volkarona being the last mon mid-way through the battle.

Edit: @Mazeclelllo Upon playing with Zoroark further, I discovered an apparent sprite issue that may also be related to a game crash.  The problem occurred twice in slightly different circumstances.  I'm not sure if this is a known issue or just a coincidence that happens, but I am documenting the battles as closely as possible just in case.

In both instances, I led my party with Zoroark and had Archeops as my last member (thus showing Archeops).  In the first battle, my opponent switched into Ditto, which automatically used Imposter to copy Zoroark.  I attacked it with U-turn, fainting it, and was forced to switch out.  I sent out Crobat, but it's sprite displayed as Archeops.  It still had Crobat's moveset, so I attacked with Brave Bird and fainted the opponent.  After that, the game began to display the 'waiting' glitch that normally happens when someone clicks off screen.  I could assume that it was an accident or possibly a server issue, but a similar thing happened when we re-battled.

This time my opponent led with Ditto, so it automatically copied Zoroark (who was disguised as Archeops).  I used U-turn to switch out (did not faint the opponent) and sent out Greninja.  Once again, it displayed and cried like Archeops, but had Greninja's moveset; my opponent confirmed after the battle that the name displayed Greninja, but the sprite was Archeops.  I immediately switched out to Magnezone.  I don't remember the next move, but once Magenzone finished off Ditto-Zoroark, the game displayed the same 'waiting' glitch.
