Can you be a little more explicit as to what "lost my save file" means?

 

- Is it corrupted?

 

- Did it vanish from your folder?

 

- Don't you have backups automatically generated by the game, or did you turn those off?

Hello Baron i would like to reply so my save file is not corrupted and it did not vanish and i think i turned back ups off

What do you mean by you lost your save file? We need more info so we could help you. When you load your game do you only see new game or do you get errors?

Try to compose yourself and talk about exactly what happens with your game if you try to access your save?

Also, maybe use screenshots to help explain what your issue is?

 

Also, if you think your save is gone, maybe you should go to your save folder to check on your save to see if it's still there if you haven't already done that?

Should be at C:\Users\[your user profile name here]\Saved Games\Pokemon Reborn if you're on windows. And the save file, id it's still there, should be a file named "game.rxdata".

 

Oh wait. are you just talking about your backups, @toomanytbugs, and thought those were your saves?

well no im talking about i dont how to input those saves in to my reborn game

 

@Njab i do not now how to input my save file in to my reborn game  and when i load it up it says new game and thats it

Did you accidentally save while soft resetting, and want to go back using one of the backup files?

 

Did you change backups to "zero" and they got erased?

did you move your save file to other location? go to C:/Users/Name/SavedGames/PokemonReborn and check if you have Game.rxdata in there. If you did move it to another location then you just have to put it back to that folder for it to work
