Jmanultrax1 38
defense makeup: If the user is hit by a super effective move, their stat equivalent to type of move is increased. for a max of 6 physical move = physical defense increase special move =special defense increase
Scottieboy2020 2
Prism force: Light based attacks have damage boosted by 1.5x but now hit all adjacent pokemon. Drunken Fist: punching moves increase evasion for one turn, and have 1.2x critical chance. Steampunk: Fire and Water-type moves increase in power by 1.5X. Steel-type attacks raise defense for one turn. Telekinetic: (Mega Evolution only) Psychic-type moves are boosted 30%. Evasion and speed are boosted to 1.5x. Mega Evolution reduced to four turns max. It takes two turns before Mega Evolution can be used again. Timers and Mega Evolution reset if Pokemon is swapped out. Just a few interesting ideas. Drunken fist is based on the 'Drunken Master' style of martial arts. They also make turn based combat a lot more interesting in my opinion, especially telekinetic.
Jmanultrax1 38
marvel guard: if the user is it with a super effective move on the first turn, then on the second turn the user has a 50% to doge the attack or take half damage. it can only be reset If a supper effective move is not used consecutively. ThatGuyOverThere 16
Just a random thought of mine. If you could create a new move or ability, what would they be called and what would they do? Here are a few ideas of mine. Abilities Sharpness: Any sort of cutting moves are more likely to get critical hits (combine this with Leaf Blade to make your opponent love you) Conservation: The first move used in battle will not lose PP for 5 turns. This ability can only activate once in a battle. All I can really think of are abilities

MobiusFlip 9
Dense Core (unsure about the name) - Explosion and Selfdestruct reduce the user's HP by 50% of its maximum HP, rather than depleting it completely.
Alex 185
Climate Change: When this Pokemon uses a Weather move, the weather will prolong indefinitely. Dampener: When hit with a Ground-type move, the damage is nullified and Special Defense raises by 1.
ThatGuyOverThere 16
Unease: Lowers opponent's Special Attack by 1 stage when sent out in battle (pretty much a special Intimidate). Eco Friendly: The Pokemon with this ability will get a slight boost in Grass, Bug and Water moves. But Steel, Poison and Fire moves are slightly weakened. Beginner's Luck: The first attack this Pokemon uses in a battle will most likely be a crit. Good Start: This Pokemon's Attack and Speed are boosted for the first 3 turns in a battle. That's all I've got for now :
IntSys 106
Desperado: +1 to all stats when trapped by an opponent. Hit-and-Run: Attacking moves that cause the user to switch are powered by 1.5x. Status moves that cause the user to switch additionally lowers the opponent's Defense and Special Defense by one stage. Actor: When the user enters the battle, it clones the opponent's moveset but with only 5 PPs on each move. Basically Imposter but it only copies the moves. Fetch: The user fetches its lost item on the turn after it had used Fling, provided the user still has an empty item slot.
Jmanultrax1 38
turning scales: +1 to both attack stats when damage is taken. Max stack of 4 cursed terrain: all pokemon except ghost and dark types lose health while this terrain is active. (reverse effect of grassy terrain) feral beast: when its hp reaches a certain point. its speed, attack and spA increase by 2. (stats disappear switching out and it activates again switching in). if its hp is restored past a certain point the stats disappear) poisonate: turns normal type moves into poison type moves. MrLGFD 6
I would love a ability like Regenerator but instead of getting 1/3 hp back on switch if you get knocked out you will be revived with 1/3 hp on switch. For example : you knock him out, switch to whatever and than you can switch back to that pokemon who got knocked out. I would call it Undying.
