Sap Sipper vs Leech Seed and Overleveled wild pokemon

Firebane

So right now Leech Seed works on a pokemon with the Sap Sipper and I'm pretty sure the ability should make the pokemon immune to any grass-type moves, be it damaging or not. It does absorb other grass moves though, I'm not sure if it's only leech seed that's bypassing it or it's something to do with non-direct damaging grass moves such as Stun Spore or Sleep Powder, so you guys could test that maybe?

Here's a bunch of images to illustrate the bug, spoiler tag cuz space:

About overleveled pokemon... Spoilers I guess?:

Spoiler

As soon as you get Rock Smash & Shelly's badge, you can explore this area near the Abandoned Power Plant called Citrine Mountain 2F and in there, all pokemon tend to be around level 25~30-ish, but for some weird reason the evolved form of those wild mons are level 50 like... you'll find a cute lil' level 30-ish Phanpy and then boom lv 50 wild Donphan. Not only that, there's also a Smoochum event in there that I also had access this early and I had to face a level 50 Beartic. I'm not sure whether the event is intended or not to be available this early, but I suppose the wild 50 mon aren't.

Here's a bunch of screenshots. I took them now with my lv 60-ish team, but like I said you can get there as soon as you have rock smash and the badge:
