N@G@TO 0
I was training my crobat in beryl ward and suddenly i encountered a lv 87 ursaring. Is this bug or the wild pokemon levels also depends on lv cap/??
Plok 293
max lvl of wild ursaring is set to be lvl 90, I'm don't know if that was intentional
Alistair 705
After going back to Reborn City in e16, people have been encountering lv80+ mons on a regular basis. I think it's totally intentional and not a bug as long as it doesn't happen before reaching e16's new content.
Churrasco 3
i think it's random and probably has to be related with the new enviroment for Reborn, not contaminated water, nice forests, etc I found, for example, mantines lvls 84-85 using max repel surfing around the water, but with a very low chance encounter (supposed) And probably because all pokemon around Reborn city has level up

Spoiler They're both different maps as the old Beryl Ward would not be able to become the new one on the same map, the changes are too much for that. It is a different map of Beryl so that's why the pokemon won't appear at level 80+ at that point. There's also event driven programming that could probably change encounters after certain points.
