Kat0n 4 Posted May 11, 2017 Share Posted May 11, 2017 Hello, I have a similar problem with the mining kit, I took it from the mining guy before fighting the insect gym leader, now I got rock smash and I'm able to use it but it looks like the kit disappeared from my inventory. And the mining guy won't give it to me again. I saved just in front of him so you can quickly check what it is about. Here is the proper file. Game.rxdata You didn't take mining kit from the hiker on this save file yet so you'll have to go and pick it up. You're trying to talk to the npc that gives you rock smash which you already have. To get mining kit you first need to get a rock smash then beat lapis gym which you did.
