Stat changes affecting HP

Hey there, not sure if this happened before episode 16 but when I'm fighting and someone does an attack that deals damage as well as raising or lower a stat for either pokemon it's been lightly affecting the health, damaging or healing it by a few points, kind of like it's re-calculating the damage to factor in the stat change that happened second though there have been cases where that wouldn't make sense but it did it anyway. So yea, just wanted to let ya know, not a huge deal for me but every hp counts.
