[Not a bug]allways rainy in byxbyson

hey y'all. I've seem to have run into a potential bug in the wasteland, no matter how much time changes it's allways raining.

now it could be just luck (been raining since i started ep 16 just when i picked a fire starter but whatever) but i changed the computer time and while other places the rain stoped it seems to keep raining there. im attaching my save file in case it's a problem specific to myself.

also the old man in front of the door to the wasteland keeps disapearing and reapearing it's minor but ill report it anyways.

Nothing wrong with your save file, it just keeps raining because your forecast says it will rain for whole week. I've tried changing time and I managed to change the weather.

Old man will disappear when its raining so if you keep going inside and outside it will looks like he's disappearing and reappearing
