[Known/Fixed]Gastly through Wonder Trade

I got a Gastly through Wonder Trade just now, even though that shouldn't be possible at all because Gastly is not yet obtainable.

 

Edit: Wonder Trade does not allow me to access it again until I deposited Gastly, which I got from Wonder Trade in the first place.

This might need a little fixing and I'd call it a major bug in Wonder Trade, since Gastly can now be put up illegally.

That last screenshot looks like it was taken from a normal trade, not a wonder trade, and normal trades are perfectly allowable with illegal mons. You did, however, receive the Gastly initially via wonder trade? I will indeed need to look into this.

I tampered with the game's coding a little bit to figure out what works and whatnot. If a mon is on the illegal list, the error message should pop up if someone hasn't tampered with it. If this ghastly was wondered traded to you, please PM the picture of said ghastly to probably Marcello.

 

As for those random popup messages, those just mean you can't do random battle or wonder trade. They're a little annoying when testing stuff, but they are completely harmless and threw me off. If you see it, it means you have either an unavailable mon and/or move which flags the save temporarily (removing Wonder Trade and Random matches as selections). It turns back off when you exit online. Just remove the Pokemon and it all should be good.

The help is appreciated, although we have now figured the bug in question that caused this.

 

That said, anyone that does receive an illegal mon via wondertrade, this gastly or otherwise, should generally message myself or Ame because if there IS tampering afoot (there was not in this case, just a bug) it needs to be dealt with.

 

Also, while this bug still exists, for those who figure out how to do it, please do not wondertrade illegal mons, we don't particularly want to take any action against people but we will if necessary.
