I am in the last area of E16 but before fighting the gym leader. I try to go in but I fail to load the file and kicked me out of the game( I almost fight ZEL)

Are there any error messages showing? If so what are they. 

 

If you upload your save file (instructions on where to find that are here) it might help us work out what your issue is as well.

Okay, unfortunately your save file has become corrupted. The only way to counteract that is to use back up saves (instructions here). This means you'll lose a bit of progress but its all we can do in this situation.

as instructed your save file should be in C:\users\username\saved games\pokemon reborn

no i dont think i do cuz my pokemon arent following me, unless my friend downloaded it without me knowing 

It also seems like this account is stuck in ep 15 even when i am running it on ep 16

try using backups because I'm not sure where is the problem on your save file. I've checked the switchers and variables and no one is following you

Trying to get Misdreves, but the path is spawning a rock smash stone instead of a stone to be moved with strength. Same thing with Eevee, the tree won't despawn. Could someone fix this?

You need to complete puzzle in other part of wasteland to remove that rock. Tree for eevee is bugged because of the weather bug

Hey there! I'm stuck under the waterfall by the trash puzzle; I went into the side-room with the electrode sidequest and the trash reset, leaving me trapped. Thank you for the help

You're not trapped. Leave the room and complete the puzzles in other rooms first

I just want to make sure this is alright: I can leave the room to the left (east) and not get anywhere (screenshot 1)

I can go north and it just leads me to this room, which loops around (screenshot 2)

I can go to the northeast and get to a dead end with an item ball (screenshot 3)

Is there simply something I'm missing?

Problem Unsolved (?)

So being the idiot that I am, I attempted to trade myself on a singular computer to see if it was possible, and sure enough it could work out fine, but since you have to save before you go to the online mode, I actually managed to copy one of my save files over another, which had to be my main file. I know exactly how this happened, in fact, I had to change the game.rxdata1 to game.rxdata, after switching the one I had open from game.rxdata to game.rxdata7, while it was still open, and proceeded to open the one that has now been changed to game.rxdata, I then also went into online mode on that one, and proceeded to start the trade. It turns out if you press X on the trade, it brings you back to the game, and me doing this, I went "oops" and closed both games. Now, what exactly I did wrong here, was going to online on my non-main save file second, which would mean I had to save second, which meant I saved my non-main over my main, which "deleted" it from game.rxdata1. But I know that it probably isn't completely deleted, from me going to the file with the rxdatas in it and seeing my save file. 1912 - Joseph - 94h 26m - 14 badges.rxdata I have no idea if this can be fixed, but I'm sure if it's possible, It's a simple transport from one file to another, which I already tried, but couldn't find a correct file to transport it to. I would really appreciate if I could get some help on this, because I really don't want to lose the save that I have pretty much everything on.
