Grassy Terrain Don't Heal When Flying Type Used Roost

While my pidgeot used roost, it should be temporary become grounded pokemon for a turn, however, the grassy terrain doesn't heal my pidgeot after used roost which it will become grounded pokemon for a turn.

I don't think that's how it works. I'm pretty sure that after you use roost in a turn, all pokemon attacking after you can hit you with ground type moves. However, weather, and status damage etc, all take place at the end of the turn.

What I'm sayin is, I'm pretty sure the actual Pokemon mechanics make it so that your flying type comes back at the end of a turn, but before weather damage/ grassy terrain; so no healing for the flying pokemon. :[
