"Menu problems" halting my progression.

I have run across a problem with the menus.

When I open say the main menu (Pokedex, Pokemon, etc.), it goes straight from Pokedex to Exit. I can't move the cursor up to anything else, goes straight back to Exit.

And when I go to dialogue options ("Yes", "No", etc.), it goes straigh to "No", and I can't move it up.

I don't run across this problem during battles.

And Reborn is the only program I have a problem of this sort in.

Any ideas?
I've tried resetting the controls for my keyboard, I've tried closing/reopening (Almost 10 times), nothing worked.

Strangely enough restarting your computer often fixes this issue. Give it a go. If it doesn't work I'll see what else I can do.

I've had this problem since I started playing yesterday. So, that definitely didnt fix it.

Also, I forgot to mention. This has been a constant problem. From the very beginning.

This has often been a problem for me. I still don't know the specific cause (or if anyone else does), but if everything fails you could just wait a couple of days and check out if things still go wrong. If they do, you should just redownload the game and transfer your save file to it.

I tried restarting my computer.

Now I have the opposite problem. (Menus going to the top not the bottom, not being able to move the cursor thing.)

Restarting PC usually fixes this problem, I don't know why it's not working now. Try to redownload the game
