I decided to join the forums because I feel like I'll be playing Reborn for a while, so I might as well participate in the discussions. I had some problems trying to validate the account - the email never arrived despite several days passing - so I had to call for help by posting on someone's status and making a status myself :c Thanks to whoever helped me with that, you're a lifesaver. My favorite Pokemon is Swadloon ₍₍ ◝(ᓂ︿ ᓀ◝ ) ⁾⁾ ₍₍ (◟ᓂ︿ ᓀ )◟ ⁾⁾ so as soon as I saw that Sewaddle was obtainable in the game, it solidified my decision to play. I've always liked a more challenging sort of game anyway, and often played the main Pokemon games underleveled so this game sounded right up my alley. My only experience with Gen 6 is through Pokemon Showdown, so this has been really fun. I'm going to try and get every obtainable Pokemon, so I've been running around catching everything I can find. So far, the only hurdle I faced was the third gym leader. It was absurd. The last Pokemon could wipe my 'mons from full health. For the first time in ages, I had to grind ಠ_ಠ Right now I'm rolling with Leavanny, Pancham, Growlithe, Frogadier, Raticate and Ampharos. I'm pretty satisfied with this team, but I'll probably be switching some in and out later down the road when I encounter other favorite 'mons. I think my favorite character so far would be Cain. It's not often you get hit on by another guy, especially in a Pokemon game so he made my gay heart squeal. Link to post Share on other sites

Normally I always tell people to join us on the Showdown server, but you already have experience with Showdown... we have our own server, and there's a link in the top left. I promise it's fun. Also, I didn't realize there was email issues... maybe I'll bug Ame with a fix. How many gyms have you've gotten through? There's some tough one's up ahead if you're only on the third gym. I cleared the fourth gym and the fifth gym. I did stumble a bit with the fifth gym, but fortunately losing once was enough to let Pancham learn Crunch so I could finally let it evolve into Pangoro. That does remind me of my lack of Flying-types though..I'll definitely take that into consideration; I like Crobat too! Link to post Share on other sites
