Couple of small bugs

Part three of stuff I found on my computer today. These are just a couple of bugs that don't fit into linebreaks or typos/tile errors.

Wait what? Where's the Light Shard? Basically he keeps on talking about it as if it were still there after you've used it. Dunno if this is really even a bug, because you could make an argument for it being appropriate dialogue in context, but it seems a bit weird.

It's possible to get trapped here somehow. I don't remember how I did it but I might have saved in that corner, and then come back later to find that I was stuck. Is it an alternating event or something? Something that would let me get past at one point, and then come back later to find myself trapped?
