WanderingCorvus 2
Hey all, I have a rather interesting issue. My cousin plays Reborn and wanted me to help him level up his team as he didn't have time. He sent me his file through email, and I sent it back to him after leveling up whichever 'mons he wanted. He replied to me saying that after opening his save file and playing for a while, he couldn't save and was getting an error in-game saying "save failed" whenever he tried saving. Thinking it was an issue with his save file, I told him to send the file back to me, but the game successfully saved on my computer. This is his save file, so why won't it save on his computer anymore but does save on mine? If anyone can help me address this issue, it will be a huge help to him. I've attached an image of his game at the save screen and his save file as well.
mde2001 236
Does quick saving still work? I'll admit that I have no idea what is going on with this, as I haven't seen it before, and it works fine on my computer. If worst comes to worst, they can probably use back up saves or the save they sent you to go back to before you leveled it up.
WanderingCorvus 2
I'll suggest it to him. He lives in Florida, so it takes a while for him to respond to me. I'll update the post when he replies. Thanks for your suggestions though! If it makes any difference, I use Windows 10 while I believe he uses Windows 8. I don't think that affects the data in the .rxdata file, but just throwing that out there.
Lugruf 50
The saving will fail if another program has opened the current save file. Check that you haven't opened it with notepad or something similar.
