DemICE 230 Posted May 30, 2016 Share Posted May 30, 2016 Ok so some months ago i had a Swanna with Keen Eye (great help at kiki btw). After it learned hurricane, i noticed that it was never EVER missing, even tho it has 70% accuracy. I did some search at reborn forums, and i found that hurricane was also bugged in the past, and was still not completely fixed on some aspects, so i just thought "ok i guess its something known". Then i went and played Rejuvenation, that follows reborn files, and Noivern's hurricane was missing normally. I thought that maybe Jan had actually fixed some stuff. And now i started Desolation, and i have a Glameow with Keen Eye again, and yeah .. Hypnosis and Fury Swipes have never missed ... even once ... So yeah .. it was not Hurricane, it was the ability ... TL;DR Keen Eye causes attacks to NEVER miss, functioning like a better No Guard, instead of just preventing accuracy loss.
