pokenob123 0 Posted May 27, 2016 Share Posted May 27, 2016 I just leveled up my Growlithe to level 43 and it learned the move Outrage. When I got to Cal, the Mini-boss at Pyrous Mountain and used Outrage, it only hit ounce and then confused Growlithe-when it was supposed to happen 2-3 times like its description says.
