So I haven't played reborn for about 1.5 years so I am out dated.
I decided to play again due to exams being over very soon.

I am having difficulties trying to get the game to work, i keep getting this error, even know i moved game.rxdata from my old laptop to my new laptop

I put the game.rxdata into the saved folder but I get this error :\

IF anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong please let me know.

I just moved the old save from my old laptop to my new laptop and put it in the new save folder (new laptop)

I've got a couple of questions:

What version was Reborn when you created that save file a year ago?

What version are you playing now?

It might have got corrupted when changing the versions.

You could also post your save file in the forum and someone will fix it probably.

As Njab said your save file is corrupted and unfortunately given that you weren't playing on E15 you have no back ups and there is nothing we can do to fix this as the back up system was introduced in E15.

So, you'll have to restart unfortunately :(

I think this was version 9 or 8, the last time i touched this was 2013 but I had to quit because of college and work and a girlfriend at the time. I thought having your file saved would be fine going on to the future. I can post my game.rsx file thought if anyone can fix it :(

Unfortunately no. We can fix a lot of things with your save file but corruption is not one of them.

Your save file should have been able to transfer, but unfortunately yours corrupted and there is nothing we can do about that given that you don't have back up saves as you were playing an old version.
