HUEnd 129 Posted March 26, 2016 Share Posted March 26, 2016 According to Bulbapedia Endeavor can be tutored to Donphan (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Donphan_(Pok%C3%A9mon)), but at Agate Circus it just can't be tutored...
