How often do you get sick?

I very rarely do. I remember a long time ago I used to get sick every summer and winter. My body would be really hot or cold for around 1-3 days and I'd feel absolutely miserable during that time, but that stopped happening years ago. Now I don't even remember what year it was the last time I got sick.

I used to be quite sickly as a child, but now, I've managed to put most of that behind me. Saline solution is over powered. Of course, I'm not counting the occasional sore throat, and I still have some wicked allergies, but all in all I'm pretty lucky to be healthy most of the time.

I've never been severely ill in all of my life. Most I've gotten was a stomach bug that lasted a day. I'm rarely sick, and I might get a small cold maybe once or twice a year. But nothing that ever lasts more than a day.

The only times I get sick tend to be when a family member gets sick first and it becomes almost unavoidable. I'm very conscious about hygiene, to the point where I can be a bit of a germophobe. As such, I don't get sick often. Even now, I've made it through the past 3 or 4 family sicknesses without contracting it, so yeah.

Do heatstrokes count as being sick? If they do, then i often get mild heatstrokes due to extreme hot weather.

I'm pretty proud of my immune system tbh. The only major disease I've gotten was chicken pox and that too from a classmate in kindergarten. Apart from that, I haven't really gotten sick. I hardly ever get fevers/colds/sore throats either.

It's strange, because I do catch a cold or two during the winter, but I can't remember ever being so sick that I had to spend more than two days in bed. Sure, I have had fevers, but the longest I have stayed in bed because of sickness, it two days.

Whooping coughs, bronchitis, and then there was one time when I was 13 and got measles then bronchitis and was kept home from school for weeks.
