There's a local food here. It's delicious but it's actually pretty weird? Mushy mix of plantain, *looks at wikipedia*, green banana, pumpkin, eddoe? Has stuff like meat, chickpeas, raisins and olives inside. You boil them in hot water while it sits inside parchment paper and banana leafs, oh and some people put ketchup on it.

i feel like it needs visual aid... but whatever it's fucking delicious.
