[Known] Sableye's room is my BMX ground?

I can ride around literally everywhere in this room, like on the walls up to the black border of it. That shouldn't be happening, right?
(I also get that the crystal's energy is unstable here (indicating Sableye event?), but that's all. No idea what to do next.)

EDIT: upon further inspection, I see this was already observed. Pay me no heed if this is already fixed.
