[Known] Julia's Field + Compound Eyes Sleep Powder, & Blitzles Motor Drive

I've seen a similar topic in the Known Bug Bin, but as I can't post a reply to it I thought I'd post here instead.

In a battle with Julia on my new E15 save file my Shiny Butterfree made a mockery of the rules. It's Compound Eyes Sleep Powder put every Grounded Pokemon to sleep (Electrode missed it's Rollout I think). The only pokemon that didn't go to sleep was Emolga.

I thought I'd post as I know in the other topic there was discussion over what should, and what can fall asleep.

Everything gets naptime EXCEPT Emolga "Electricity jolted Emolga awake!"

Something else happened too. My Volt Absorb Pachirisu used Spark on Blitzle, and it worked. I thought Motor Drive took that and increased Blitzles speed? Unless the ablility is now Sap Sipper? But then if it is Sap Sipper, how did it go to Sleep? (Does that even work?)

Much strangeness. Butterfree OP. Must ban.

If there's a similar topic and that you can't reply, it's probably because the topic is closed and the bug is now known. Therefore the bug has been acknowledged and will be fixed in due updates.

It is strange that the only pokemon that stays awake is the Pokemon that isn't grounded.

Also, I'm not positive but the Blitzle's ability MAY be randomized. If anyone would like to correct me, that would be great.

I thought I'd say something as I don't know if abilites would have any effect on something like this. What I was doing using Butterfree in Electric Gym I have no idea. Would it be worth someone testing with another pokemon? Bulbasaur gets Sleep Powder right?

Also with Blitzle I'm going off Chubbs guide - the ability is listed as Motor Drive.

Please check the known bugs list before posting. If something's in the Known Bug Bin, that means it's a known issue that's being dealt with.

In your case;

136. Electric Terrain currently does not prevent Sleep

Even though it's crossed out, the current release of Episode 15 doesn't have the field fix for Julia yet.

Also, I've checked; Blitzle's Ability is Sap Sipper (meaning Chubb is wrong if his guide states it's Motor Drive), which only confirms the fact that the field is not yet fixed in the current release.
