Sigmund's Orphanage - Door bugged?

Hey,

I've been stuck for a while inside Dr Sigmund's Orphanage, during the 'prison break'.

I already checked playthroughs to try and make sure that I didn't miss anything silly before posting it here.

I feel like my game has bugged and the door was supposed to unlock.

I already talked to literally everyone / everything inside of the building.

The 4 doors downstairs. (to the bathrooms, Dr. Connal's library and the Lower-Level arena are locked)
