unable to "jump"

So i was doing the Pangoro/Scraggy event after beating ciel, but, after dealing with the Pangoros i was unbable to return over the jump spots, i used a esc rope to get out and now i cant jump anything at all (not even on a Tauros) it just makes that odd sound it makes when your moving into a wall
