My counsin always switched consoles from one to another, so there was when i started playing. I dont think i can say one in particular, maybe the Sonic games for sega,or Metal Slug series or the fighting games like Kof qx. Once i had my console, i loved "Jet set radio future" (Even now is one of my favorite games). But what got me into gaming, i think was before i got my own console. n.n'

Kirby Super Star Ultra. Man, I was like, 6-8 when i got it. I never put it down, man. It was pwerfect for my age, easy enough to play, put hard enough when it came to the area. Nowadays, I beet everything, alll Cave Offense items, cleared Helper to Hero with each Helper. both area modes. But damn, whenever I'm down. I put that game in my DS, and just play through Meta Knight's Revenge again. Still fun as hell after all these years.

The first game I ever played was Donkey Kong 64. One of the best games I ever played, too.

The first Pokemon game I played was Sapphire. Eventually, I also played Yellow and Crystal as well, but not before playing all sorts of other Pokemon games.

Pretty much anything on a cartridge - mario, excite bike, donkey king, islander, f1 racing, really anything on the "100 games on 1" series

Although the first proper game on a computer after things like the tile game, T.I.M, Dangerous Dave etc. My very first most exciting game would be.... Quake. Really sad that series came to an end

It's hard for me to recall, but I do remember my first game ever being Donkey Kong 64 for the N64 when I was like 3 or something along those lines. From there, it was basically Pokemon Blue and various other N64 games that kept me in it for the long run to where I am now.

I do remember that I used to play Donkey Kong Country 1 and 3 (we didn't have the second game ._.) and Mario Party 1 when I was little.

But it wasn't until several years later that I would start to play games again, like Super Smash bros, Pokémon etc.

Back then, I never played anything 'cause I suck at video games and rather watch my older brothers play.

The game that got me into gaming was pretty much a collection of different games from different game consoles.

The game that started it is Parappa the Rapper.

Pokemon blue was the first video game i ever played for more than 10 minutes. It was great. It was also here my love for turn based games started.

It was the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3 that really got me into video gaming on the PC. It was pretty old when i first tried it and i didn't understand English, but it was an A++ game. I still play it occasionally.

First game I recall playing was Super Mario Land for the Nintendo GameBoy. Not what got me into gaming, though. That honor goes to Super Mario World for the SNES, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and FFI+II:DoS for the Game Boy Advance, and Gauntlet Legends for the Nintendo64. Because those are all such similar games.

Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword definitely took over after those brought me in, though :P
