laggless01 51
I don't know if this is the correct place for this, but anyway...When I was fighting Serra, I used Dig to evade an attack. Thinking I was underground, I thought I was saved from the possible chance of being hit. I was wrong, and got KOd. Should this be possible?
Combat 62
That doesn't sound right, though field effects are far from being done (from my understanding at least.)
mde2001 236
Do you remember what move was used? Or at least which pokemon used it?
laggless01 51
Do you remember what move was used? Or at least which pokemon used it? It was a move reflected by the mirrors, that's why I made the topic. I think it was Frost Breath.
wytch_doctr 1
It happened to me too. It's when "Single-targeted, special, non-contact attacks that would miss will sometimes be reflected, hitting the target anyway"So I suppose this affects Dig, Fly, Phantom/Shadow Force and Dive too. Yeah, I know. It's just that it sometimes doesn't make sense. I would be suprised if a flash of light literally travels through solid ground in its entirity to hit something in real life... dead account 27
Well, the whole arena is covered in mirrors, it's possible that the attack reflected off one of the walls, then off the ceiling and traveled down the hole. It'd require some crazy precision, I'd imagine, but it's possible. Also, are you sure it's frost breath? Because that doesn't sound like it would be reflected by the mirrors. Any special move that can miss and is single target gets reflected. Hell, my Mud Bomb got reflected by the mirrors
laggless01 51
Well, thanks to that strange misfortune, the match came down to: "Can I hit the Froslass (starts with two evasion boosts) with a 90% accuracy move in time?" I did.
