[Resolved] My pokemon reborn isn't running

Hi,

I found out about this game today and was looking forward to play it, but it's not working, when I run it only a white screen appears (the sound works) and it dosen't change. I've tried to reinstall the game, turning off my antivirus, runnning as admin, and nothing has worked. Any ideas about the problem?

(I'm on windows 7 btw)

Ps.: Only one mirror is working for me, and in this mirror there are only 14 subfolders in the graphics folder, in the FAQs they say there are 17, if this is the problem where can I find other mirrors?

I don't know about the white screen thing, but there are only 14 subfolders under graphics, just checked my game folder. So you should be good in that regard.

See if your antivirus quarantined any files from the Reborn Folder. That can happen.

There are certain kinds of downloads for the game. When I had an error occur about the sprites, I downloaded another and it fixed itself. I don't know if this information was useful, but I hope it helps!

The guide must be wrong. I've checked my graphics folder and there are only 14 folders there.

I got the same problem, white screen with sound but nothing that I did solved the problem.

Any clues on how to repair this problem?

It is usually a problem with your antivirus system. They don't like .exe files very much.

You can add it to your exceptions list (this sometimes helps) or disable it (this usually helps more). I've never had this issue myself so someone else may be able to give you better advice.

I disabled the anti virus and added the game to the exceptions, but the game still isn't working =(

Solved the problem. The problem was in the extracting part. I used another computer to extract the same file, and it worked perfectly!
