Damage 13
So my usually awesome Blaziken passed the level cap by one and has decided I no longer matter. Whatever right? But when it ignores orders (usually using the move it ignored) it will use an attack at the game will say "but there was no target" This is not the case on any occasion. Has anyone experienced this or is this part of the level cap thing now.
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch 1650 Posted September 14, 2015 Global Mods Share Posted September 14, 2015 Yeah, that can happen. Sometimes it actually uses the attack, sometimes it says "But there was no target". Also in double battles it'll sometimes hit a different Pokemon than you selected, or every Pokemon on the field even if the move is only supposed to hit one.
Damage 13
Well as long as its known I guess is all that matters. I'll just be sure to care common candies with me.
Odybld 70
Speaking of Common Candy: in E15 there's a Common Candy vendor in the Grand Hall from the start of the game until defeating Julia. Don't know if people have really noticed it. Sorry for hijacking the thread
Damage 13
No I've noticed and its good to show for anyone that has the problem.
Commander 876
You know, I never really thought about it but I suppose that would be a glitch. I don't think I've ever had a problem because my Pokemon are 5-8 levels under the cap anyways. I kind of like this glitch though. It makes it an incentive to use underleveled Pokemon. Damage 13
Well that's what the loafing around is supposed to do, right? The dialogue there was no target is just confusing since for me at least, it happened in a one on one battle.
mde2001 236
Pokemon truancy is quite broken at the moment. There are situations like the ones the op mentioned (although the there was no target is less common I think) and just general bugs. I think Ame said that she was working on improving it for E16 but don't quote me on that. Currently really avoid going over the level cap!
DashingStorm 3
This is a known thing. If you check out thw known bugs thread, you'd find that it was listed under ignoring orders or something in that direction. #sleepdrunktyping
