At some point, can you PM me your info on your current Pokemon data (or the best you can). I could try to edit one of my save files (the one right before Radomus) to match the data if you really want me to (EVs, IVs, and all) or get really close to it. That way, you can continue from where you were. If not, I gotta say you got really far and was sure you could make it to the end.

1) Could you send me a copy of Pokemon Reborn Hardcore? Solarance took down the main link due to that Frozen song.

2) Attached to this post is a save file for Pokemon Reborn. I'm planning on doing an electric-type monotype run, so if you could, would you mind hacking in a Chinchou for my starter?

My version of the game is a little bit different from Jamak's (like just a couple abilities such as Noel's Staraptor having Intimidate instead of Reckless), but it's more or less the same game. Here.
