Caam 0 Posted August 17, 2015 Share Posted August 17, 2015 I was playing the game normally when suddenly my character became unresponsive. I was able to auto save, access pretty much everything except move. I'm able to move up and down when selecting things but I am unable to move from that spot. This is an image of my current state (access image by going there) http://pokit.org/get/?f321663235fa2cc804824ac2f1f7bc5a.jpg This is what happened before this occurred, towards the left of the image is a bookcase like object. I talked to it by mistake and it said the lines " Books!! Books!?" or something along those lines. The odd thing about this is that it continued for several lines, like alot of those repeating. After that I moved right and that's when my character became unresponsive. I've attached my save file with the post so please help. Game.rxdata Link to post Share on other sites
Plok 293 Posted August 17, 2015 Share Posted August 17, 2015 Those damned books again xd Im on my phone atm so cant fix it for you bit if you are playing ep15 then you could try loading one of the back up files if you saved recently if not just wait for someone to get you unstuck Link to post Share on other sites

mde2001 236 Posted August 17, 2015 Share Posted August 17, 2015 Don't worry about using the backup save. I've unstuck you. I left you outside the grand hall. Try to avoid those books. Replace your current file with the attached one and in future if you have these issues please post in the unstuck me forum. Feel free to make an intro page in the grand hall also. I tried to go to my save backups folder located in my User folder and changed the name of the last save point to "Game.rxdata" and deleted the existing one. So thankfully I can now play. I defeated Shelly and did the mission with Heather and Colonel Sigmund. When I try to leave the Lapis Ward and go down towards Opal Bridge, my player stops moving completely. I cannot select the main menu either. Previously I did not know how to update my Episode 14 so I just downloaded 15 but in the end they synced I guess. So I tried to go on Episode 14 and I was able to keep going forward towards the Grand Hall so then I saved the game and went back to Episode 15 but the save thumbnail said I was saved somewhere "REMOVED". Again I went back to Episode 14 and went into the Grand Hall and defeated Fern, and then saved and went back to 15 but I am unable to leave the Grand Hall because it freezes again. What should I do and if someone doesn't mind, can you provide the steps to do so please? P.S- Sorry for such a long scenario Link to post Share on other sites

P.S- Sorry for such a long scenario in ep15 if you go to opal ward you game will lag a bit because its loading weather, you just have to wait a bit and then try to move again. You got stuck because you were moving trough episodes without saving in save areas.
