[Resolrupted] Glitches when opening

I really don't understand what's happening here, but I closed my game 'cause I was done playing, opened it today and I got this:

I've never seen this before but I'll have a wild stab in the dark.

I think that this is a Ruby (the programming language) error so I would recommend either redownloading the game or just finding the download and extracting the data folder again (eg. going to the zip and replacing your current data folder with the initial one).

Try the latter first as it requires less effort. If you need me to explain more or if it doesn't work let me know.

This won't affect your save file in any way.

Try redownloading the game. If this doesn't work it is an issue with your save file so if you upload it I'll see what I can do.

for me, I fixed the problem by going to the old save files and making one of the older ones my current save

Find all your savefiles in C:\users\[username\Saved Games\Pokemon Reborn and find the last auto-created savefile (highest #) and rename that to Game.rxdata

(Make sure to rename your current Game.rxdata to something else)

Try that, if it works (or not), I'd like to know.

There we go. Your last savefile is corrupted, unfortunately. If you have another instance of that savefile, try loading that one (as in, a backup savefile created prior to ^that one), but this one's pretty much borked.

Yeah, if your playing in E15 delete the file named Game and change the highest numbered backup save to Game then you should be right. Sorry to hear that your file corrupted.

How would I go about doing that without ruining anything else? Ahaha, sorry, I'm really cautious when it comes to game files and stuff 'cause I'm not exactly technologically savvy.

In your saved games file for Reborn, the one that says "Game" should be deleted. Then, the one that says "Game[HighestNumberHere]" should be renamed "Game". Then just continue playing from where you last saved, which would be that save file.
