bluebird 0 Posted July 27, 2015 Share Posted July 27, 2015 So i already googled up "pokemon reborn charge beam" before i start this topic, and I was only able to find a bug on charge beam in ep 10.5. search charge beam under bug report forum nada! Was not sure if i should add anything to the older post bc i don't want another warning point from vinny hend the new post on charge beam. So I been noticing that charge beam isn't being effective on flying type in ep 15 at all. I has mine espurr and kadabra using it on noctowl and fearow, but the damage was low, normal, and not effective. Link to post Share on other sites
DashingStorm 3 Posted July 27, 2015 Share Posted July 27, 2015 This is most likely due to the "Strong Winds" weather condition (Delta Stream from Mega Rayquaza). It functions the exact same way by reducing or removing a Flying-type's weakness while this is active. To know when it's active, watch for when the wind is blowing in the map you're currently on.
