I've been waiting and kept on trying and it's still stuck like this

Just rock smash the entirety of the mirror wall until you find the right spot. Make frequent trips to the Pokemon Centre.

You must've not understood the question

I'm frozen, Like everything time I click the game on

It doesn't move at all

It's stuck like that

Okay- then you need to upload your save file (it is in the C drive of the computer- look around the forums if you don't know how to do it and I or someone else will fix it for you.

If your frozen in future please place this in the unstuck me forum pinned in troubleshooting.

Well Serra is the ice type gym leader, some forgot their ice heal.

Yeah uh, it's known that Serra gets stuck in place if you don't let her finish talking before exiting out of the dialogue box.

Post your savefile by clicking on More Reply Options, scroll down to Attach Files and find your Game.rxdata in C:\users\[username]\saved games\pokemon reborn

Make sure it's the savefile you're currently stuck in.

Alternative solution to your issue can be to load a previously restored savefile in the same folder. Simply delete your Game.rxdata and load the last-created savefile by renaming the highest number savefile in that folder to Game.rxdata.
