When I try to use trick room with one of my pokemon, I get an error as follows

The move works fine when used by another Pokemon on my team, anyone else have the same problem or some explanation?

Which pokemon is creating this error? Which one does it work for?

Was there a field effect active when this happened and if so which one? Is this a one off or has it happened multiple times?

Trick room has always worked fine for me so a bit more information would help.
