Ok so im playing through reborn again

i went super tryhard this time

made it to seventh street

when inside beryl wall mined and blast powdered the stone at the right end then check the rock behind it and got

Drugs or 'Rare Candy' i check the forums for what this does and found nothing... help anyone?

EDIT: i finished the temple of arceus thing and left then some tard stole my dru.. er 'rare candy' where do i find this a-hole?

Edit again: i found the tard beat his ass in and took my dru..er 'rare candy' from him..... now what do i do with it

3rd edit: this is unrelated but a guy named courin-rouge stole the poke i paid for at Like that start of my journey the one that used to be a magicarp does anyone know where he is

It activates an in-game event so that you can get a Piplup if you didn't choose it as your starter.

I think in the northern part of 7th Street, if you head to the eastern side corridor, one of the guys says he needs 'a hit.' Give that to him.

You can't find Corin Rouge yet. The side quest is, as of E15, uncompletable.
