What Pokemon were you trying to breed a female of before you tried with Nidorina? Depending on the species they might all be male, or they have a much higher male/female ratio.

well it was cyndaquil wich is 12.5 % but i tryed with others who have 50% ratoi and still no femail i m thincking this is bug because i tried aboud 50 times with deferent pokemon so ration thet to happen is 0.00012% m i realy thet unlucky?

I didnt know nidorina cant breed thet is weird.

Sinikuro013 i m new here so i gont know how to do thet :S

By the sounds of it, yeah, you are really unlucky. Better luck next time? By the bottom of any posts you make there is an 'Edit' button between 'Report' and 'Multiquote', use that instead of double posting next time. Also, since you're new, perhaps it might be a good idea to introduce yourself at the Grand Hall.

I had a thought…are you trying a completely new egg every time, or are you saving right before the egg hatches and soft resetting if it's not female? If it's the second option, then that's your problem I think…eggs are set up the moment you get them, so you're just hatching the same Pokemon time and time again. I can't say for sure if that's your issue, but it's at least a possibility.

Even though Cyndaquil has a 12.5% chance of being female, it's still very unlikely to happen that you only get males to hatch.. Not impossible, but extremely unlikely and unlucky, if you want to call it that.

Also, Nidoran(F) can breed, but Nidorina and Nidoqueen can't. Nidoran(M), Nidorino and Nidoking can all breed as well. (Which is disturbing in so many ways)

Guess I can only say good luck getting a female Cyndaquil.

I have the same thing with my Charmanders. I have bred over 30 Charmanders and didnt have a single female one.

Ofc the seconds after posting this I get a female Charmander -.-

So its possible to get one
