Phantom Force should be allowed to break through barriers such as Protect, Detect, Spiky Shield, King's Shield, and Mat Block. If not there's always a little chance that it might be an issue that is specific to Banette. But nice catch on the bug there. Will make sure this catches the attention of the right people.
