I'm pretty sure that at the WTC, the second time Titania is left stranded, the water level is supposed to go down and not stay raised. So, I'm more or less stuck in that area with no way of completing the puzzle and progressing with the game. I looked to see if I supposedly made a mistake and I couldn't find anything. Pretty much Victoria got worried that Cain hasn't arrived and wants you to check out Azurine Island to look for him, which is the only island between Reborn and Apohyll. Assuming that you're playing on windows, make sure you put the file in C/Users/[your username]/saved games/pokemon reborn and that the file is named Game.rxdata without any numbers or anything else. If the downloading isn't working, try using a back up save (which you can find instructions on here). That way you'll lose some progress but not too much. Link to post Share on other sites
