I recall it being in Amethyst Cave after you defeat the ghost version of your Mom as well as PULSE Chandelure, but I don't know where it is after that. I do have the TM Shadow Claw, but I thought the Narcissa's TM was Shadow Ball. Link to post Share on other sites
