Vlado Vladimir 2 Posted March 7, 2015 Share Posted March 7, 2015 So I was playing Reborn 14.5, very happy since I just got my gastly, then I reached spinal town and tried to enter the pokemart, it was about to disappear (I think) But it didn't, and my character got stuck in front of it; Since I am stupid, I thought that maybe saving the game would fix the problem, but nope, so I'm still in front of the pokemart, not being able to move, enter it, ride my bike or even see my pokemons, the fun thing is I can still save the game. I hope this can be fixed, and you guys help me doing so :'(. I'm new here so if I posted this on the wrong side I'm really really sorry. Link to post Share on other sites
0riginalHate 0 Posted March 7, 2015 Share Posted March 7, 2015 I'm actually having the same problem in that place. Except, I got stuck in a building in front a dude I intended to talk to. I also tried to save and found that the problem continued even after restarting everything. So you're definitely not the only one having this problem. It's not looking like an easy fix so far. If I restart, it'll be the third time I've had to restart due to errors Dx Does it also occasionally tell you that the script is taking too long to respond and therefore the game must close? Vlado Vladimir 2 Posted March 7, 2015 Author Share Posted March 7, 2015 Uhm, I see... so they really gotta fix this , I spent like almost 3 hours to get my Gastly with a cool nature and notreallythatbad IVs, also trying to find out how to beat that 65 lvl Medicham with a 45 leveled team in order to get it wasn't that easy :'( . So I really hope there is a way to keep playing my save file. Wo, three times, that is really sad, I've been playing this game for 5 days and it's the first time this happens to me. While in posting mode, you should see an option in the bottom right corner that says 'More Reply Options', click that.2. Down on the bottom left you will see a Paper Clip and 'Attach Files', click on the button there that says ' Choose Files...'3. To locate your save file go to Local Disk (C:) > Users > [Your Username] > Saved Games > Pokemon Reborn - and select 'game.rxdata' Link to post Share on other sites

Lostelle 43 Posted March 7, 2015 Share Posted March 7, 2015 Well, I couldn't move your character the normal way, so I tried moving your character by warping to a different map location, and it works, but when I warp, it loads the script as if the PokéMart has already teleported. Now, if you don't mind, I can just send you the safe file like that, but you skip a line of text. It's not really important, but it's your call. If you want this, I'll attach your save and you'll need to continue by heading into the Volclain Estate to the far east of the city. If not, someone who's more intelligent such as Jericho or Dan will need to help you out. Link to post Share on other sites

Lostelle 43 Posted March 7, 2015 Share Posted March 7, 2015 Yes. You just missed a woman saying "oh lordy", and to keep going with the game, enter the brown building you are saved in front of. Anyway, I happened to find the original issue posted in this thread last night, and did fix it. This is why I do say that 14.5 is an unstable release, per the download page, so please do save frequently in case this sort of thing happens. Link to post Share on other sites
