I want to go to 7th street specially because of Ditto (missed that factory event) but i can't enter it. I know where it is, but i can't seem to get the passage open. I talked to the magma gang leader several times, talked to that magma guy that got robbed and i've beaten that aqua dude that stole the Pokemon 3 or 4 times, still i can't go through.
