Luke112 0 Posted January 27, 2015 Share Posted January 27, 2015 Hey everyone I've been through these exact same problems with my Mac as the thread here, and I went through everything that you guys said (deleting the exact same files) but still the game crashes every time I try to use the Pokemon Center (at the exact moment the nurse is supposed to put the pokeball in the machine)! I've just begun the game, had my first battle with Cain and right after that (when he takes me to the center) the game always crashes, can anyone of you please help me with this? I don't know if this will work, but delete the Pokemon Healing.mid file (Reborn File>Audio>ME). Seems your game might be crashing because of the Pokemon Center healing sound? Tacos 205 Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Are you sure you've deleted all the specified files? I've only seen this error occur when contents of the ME folder are not emptied. Can you upload a picture of your ME folder just to confirm you've deleted the files in there? Also, if you can locate your save file and upload it too, that would be great. To do so, click "More Reply Options" right next to "Post". Then click "Choose Files." Then, just find your save file and upload it, and I'll check it to see if I can replicate the bug. Also, I just wanted to make sure you've seen this, and that you're certain you've followed all the steps detailed in it, because if you didn't then that may be why you're having the problem. But if so, try redownloading the game, and deleting the content of the ME files. Then tell me how it works. Also, just in case that doesn't work, could you upload your save file for me? If you don't know how to, here is a quote from Jericho's FAQ. Q: How do I attach my save file? 1. While in posting mode, you should see an option in the bottom right corner that says 'More Reply Options', click that. 2. Tacos 205 Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Redownload the game and only delete the content this time. Then tell me how it works. Also, what version of Wine are you running? If it's 1.6.1, then you probably just haven't saved the game yet. If you're in 1.7.25 or 1.7.35, read this. However, if you are using version 1.7.35 you save file will be located in /Users/Name/Wine Files/drive_c/users/Name/Saved Games/Pokemon Reborn. Link to post Share on other sites
