Cannot get to (the late?) Eclipse.

So after actually making sure I had version 14.1.1, I went into Eclipse's house after seeing the scene with Aster and the father (more than once) in 14.0. Fixed from 14.0, the scene no longer repeats, but I recall Eclipse's father telling me I can "visit her", however he still stops me if I try to go into the other room.

Not sure if this has to do with the fact that I saw the scene in 14.0 and not in 14.1.1.

I believe he is referring to visiting their house more than anything. Even if you did this in 14.1.1, the outcome would be the same because...spoilers.

There is a scene that triggers after you finish E14 in Eclipse's father's house in Calcenon city.

I didn't get this scene either, but that's because in the Beta, the Aster event didn't happen. Maybe for episode 14.2?

I know I refused to give the ring to Blake three times and ended up battling Aster for Waterfall, so yes, maybe those events are linked.

They are indeed linked. If you change what you say at the ring event, you will either fight Aster and get the cutscene at Calcenon, or you will just not encounter him at all and not get the scene in Calcenon. Don't fret though. I can assume in episode 15, if you didn't fight Aster before and get the cutscene, you will in episode 15.
